Paradise Found 🌴

This Hawaiian-inspired 70th surprise birthday party gave total island vibes! Attendees started at a cocktail hour featuring hula dancers, ukulele players and a thatched bar serving up Mai Tais in tiki cups along with a conch blower signaling a reveal of dinner behind custom bamboo doors. A transformed tennis court popped with tropical tablescapes and mixed textiles, an authentic tiki band and a Hawaiian inspired menu. Later, Haka dancers led guests to a surprise after party showcasing a second band and DJ playing from our 1960’s tiki bar inspired lounge.

This one truly captured the spirit of Aloha. 🌺

For the Closing Night Party, EPIC conference goers were California Dream’ poolside at @fswestlake’s all-new grand pool, The Cove. ☀️🌊👙🏖️🩳

Inspired by The Beach Boys and Beach Blanket Bingo, the space was transformed into a 1960s poolside extravaganza featuring @thedreamboats (a high energy retro surf band), colorful lounge vignettes, surfboard inspired bars and chefs stations, and a breakout performance of 1960’s beach party Gogo dancers.

Inspired by the California hillside, lunch for the EPIC conference showcased a balanced menu of vibrant greens, proteins and garden picks. Set under pergolas, long wooden tablescapes featured wild grass centerpieces, white crisp linen runners, ceramic green charges and copper flatware setting the stage for a farm side family style feast.

Day 2 of @fourseasons The Art of EPIC culinary conference began with the general session. Inspired by Hollywood Glam, @fswestlake’s Studio was transformed with soft seating and a stage for speakers complete with an LED wall that supported tasty visuals.

Color of Time 🌈

Architect Emmanuelle Moureaux’s latest art experience, “COLOR OF TIME,” allows observers to experience the passage of time through color. Moureaux chose paper; layering over 100,000 number cutouts into a 3D grid. From sunrise at 6:30 to 19:49, the numbers turn over 100 shades of color, ending in black. A color changing experience totaling 799 minutes.
